What is an Industrial On-Grid Solar System?

An industrial on-grid solar system is similar to residential on-grid systems but on a much larger scale. It generates electricity during the day, supplying power directly to industrial operations and exporting surplus energy to the grid.

Key Components

  1. High Capacity
    • Typically ranges from 50 kW to several megawatts (MW), depending on the facility's energy needs.
  2. Grid Integration
    • Excess energy can be fed into the grid, generating revenue through net metering or feed-in tariffs.
  3. No Battery Storage Required
    • Reduces costs, as batteries are not mandatory (though they can be added for backup).
Advantages for Industries
